What is included in the rent?

Apartment rentals typically includes water, sewer, and trash services. Other utilities such as electricity, gas, and internet may be the responsibility of the tenant. Houses vary by property on what is included in rent and what tenants need to pay.

What is the application process?

Applicants need to complete an application form, provide proof of income, and undergo a credit and background check.

What are the lease terms available?

We offer flexible lease terms. Our standard lease is 12 months, we offer longer leasing at discretion of the owners. But leases less than 12 months are rare. Contact us to discuss the options that suit your needs.

Are pets allowed?

We offer some pet-friendly community varring by owners. However, certain breed restrictions and a pet deposit or fee may apply. Please call for more details.

How do I pay rent and submit maintenance requests?

Rent and Maintenance request can be submitted through our online portal, by phone, or directly at our leasing office we accept check or electronic transfers.
